Jennifer Zibuda

Jennifer Zibuda has over 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and capital markets across the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. As Head of Investor Relations for Sera, she leads investor engagement, oversees quarterly earnings communications, and partners with executive leadership to support the company’s strategic and financial messaging. Jennifer works closely with finance and legal teams to ensure consistent and compliant disclosures, and collaborates cross-functionally on communications related to partnerships, business development, and corporate growth initiatives. Prior to joining Sera, Jennifer served as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Vaxcyte where she helped evolve the the company’s shareholder base as it advanced into late-stage clinical development. She previously held investor relations and corporate communications roles at Prothena Biosciences, Portola Pharmaceuticals, and Alkermes. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication and Public Relations from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
