Dr. Tiffany Inglis

Dr. Tiffany Inglis is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in direct care and the healthcare payer industry. In her role as Chief Medical Officer at Sera, she oversees clinical strategy, connecting research and development, clinical operations, data science, and commercial strategy. Her focus is ensuring that Sera’s products are backed by robust evidence and clear clinical value. Dr. Inglis provides enterprise-wide clinical leadership to align medical vision with corporate mission.

Before joining Sera, Dr. Inglis was the Chief Medical Officer at Carelon Health, where she led evidence-based intervention programs supporting patient care navigation offerings. Prior to her time at Carelon, she served at Elevance Health, where she led a Commercial Health Plan, supported value-based care programs, and process improvement delivering population health initiatives. She specialized in using data to develop clinical program enhancements across lines of business and specialty areas. During her tenure, she helped redesign the Women and Children’s Health portfolio, build strategic solutions for multiple subspecialty areas, and led external partnerships focused on quality and value.

Dr. Inglis earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University, where she was also a collegiate volleyball player. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
