Dr. Tiffany Inglis

Dr. Tiffany Inglis is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in direct care and the healthcare payer industry. In her role as Chief Medical Officer at Sera, she oversees clinical strategy, connecting research and development, clinical operations, data science, and commercial strategy. Her focus is ensuring that Sera’s products are backed by robust evidence and clear clinical value. Dr. Inglis will provide enterprise-wide clinical leadership to align medical vision with corporate mission.

Before joining Sera, Dr. Inglis was the Chief Medical Officer at Carelon Health, where she expanded evidence-based intervention programs to address a range of patient needs. She previously served at Elevance Health, where she began in 2017 in a local Commercial Plan. She subsequently moved to developing clinical program development across lines of business. During her tenure, she helped redesign the Women and Children’s Health portfolio, building strategic solutions, and leading external partnerships to improve outcomes.

Dr. Inglis earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University, where she was also a collegiate volleyball player. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
