Austin Aerts, CPA

Austin Aerts serves as a strategic advisor to Sera Prognostics, providing guidance on key initiatives and supporting operational continuity. Since joining the Company in 2017, he held multiple finance leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, and played a pivotal role in Sera’s successful initial public offering and transition to the public markets. Prior to Sera, he worked at Myriad Genetics and Ernst & Young LLP. Austin holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Utah.
